1. Account and Access
- Discord ID: Required for all transactions and support. Always use the same Discord ID for subscription purchases.
- Account Security: Do not share your Discord or panel credentials with others.
- Server Membership: Remain in our Discord server to maintain service access.
2. Reset Policy
- First Reset of the Day: Standard deduction of 1 reset.
- Second Reset on the Same Day: Deduction of 4 resets.
- Three or More Resets on the Same Day: Deduction of 6 resets per additional reset.
3. Failed Logins Due to Hardware Changes
If you encounter the error message, “Login failed! The hardware used does not match our records. Please use the original PC you registered with, or contact FALTU Or OFFLINE,” it indicates a hardware change issue. You must either:
- Pay half of the panel price to regain access, OR
- Provide original proof of hardware changes with a proper hard copy of the details.
4. Support System
- Ticket Creation: Create a support ticket and provide detailed information about your issue. Allow 6-7 hours for a response.
- No Pinging Staff: Do not directly message or ping any staff members.
5. Panel Use Policy
- Follow Updates: Regularly check the updates section for important information.
- Announcements and Videos: Review all announcements and instructional videos before using the panel.
- Important: Failure to follow the announcements or rules may result in the termination of your subscription.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If you initiate a refund request within this period, the process to issue your refund may take up to 3 to 7 days. Processing times may vary based on the circumstances, so please be patient as we work to resolve your request.
7. Payment for HWID Resets
After all resets are used, each additional HWID reset will be charged at 200 INR, 200 Taka, or 2 USDT.
8. Punishments
- Lost Discord Account: Losing your Discord account means your subscription is non-refundable.
- Hardware Change Fees: A fee may be charged if login fails due to unauthorized hardware changes.
Website Update Policy
To receive updates from our website, you must first register an account, then log in. After logging in, please return to our Discord server and create a support ticket to request your website role.
- When creating the ticket, provide your website login name, email, and subscription name.
- Once your role is assigned, you will be able to download all updates from the website.
- Additionally, all updates will be sent to your email.
Discord Server Rules
To ensure a respectful and secure environment, all members must adhere to the following rules:
- Transactions: Conduct transactions only within the designated ticket system. Do not send money to anyone outside official representatives. We are not responsible for scams conducted outside official channels.
- Direct Messages: Avoid engaging in personal messages (DM) with other members.
- No Promotion of Other Panels or Hacks: Discussions or promotions of other panels or hacks are prohibited.
- No Sharing Server Links: Do not share server links in direct messages to other members.
- Private Conversations: Do not share private conversations from the server.
- No Spamming or Controversial Topics: Spamming, and discussions on religion, politics, or other controversial topics are not allowed.
- Support Tickets: For any issues, create a support ticket and discuss with admins within the ticket system.
- No Selling: Selling any items in the server is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy Protection: Leaking personal information of others is not allowed.
- No Advertising: Do not advertise other Discord servers, programs, websites, or services.
- Be Respectful: Be kind and respectful to all members.
- Unnecessary Tickets: Do not open support tickets without a valid reason.
- Violation of Rules: Breaking any of these rules may result in a permanent ban without the possibility of an unban.
